Recovery

Believe it or not, I am still sore from my accident in October. Its amazing to me how long it takes your ribs to heal. I've been as good as I can, staying off the Mountain Bike, more indoor miles than outdoor, etc. But I think I'm good to go now. It's time to get outside and ride, a lot. Of course the holidays slow this down some, but its a good season. January will mean more structure to 'training' which will keep me more motivated. If I look at my charts from Cycling Peaks at the end of the week, I'm dissappointed if I haven't reached my goals. So motivation to get out, work out, hopefully get a little faster and most of all, stay healthy so I can be riding as an old old man!
